Description

Responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, verifying the identification and age of any customers ordering alcoholic beverages and submitting food orders to the kitchen staff. They must also verify that customers’ food and beverage orders are correct and deliver the orders to patrons. Waiters ensures customers are satisfied with their meals in timely manner. If any changes need to be made, work with the kitchen to resolve to customer satisfaction. Ensure a complete and enjoyable experience for each and every customer by asking questions regarding their time spent at the restaurant. In summary:
